Avocado Oil is expeller pressed from the fruit pulp of the avocados.  It has a high content of Vitamin E, monounsaturated fats and Beta-Sitosterl that has been implicated in healthy levels of blood cholesterol. It is considered Vegan, Lactose Free, Gluten Free, Glutamate Free, BSE Free, No Hydrogenated or Partially Hydrogenated Oils, No Preservatives.
Best if used within 12 months from the date of manufacture.
