CANOLA NON-GMO EXP.

Non-GMO Canola Oil comes from an Identity-Preserved (IP) non GMO source.  The oil is expeller pressed and further refined, bleached, deodorized. That results in a high purity product.  It is a naturally winterized oil that remains clear under refrigeration.  A desirable characteristic about this product is that it has the lowest level of saturated fats (~6%) among the commercially available vegetable oils.
Best if used within 9 months of the manufacture date.
