Canola Oil is refined, bleached, and deodorized yielding a superior and economical product.  It is a naturally winterized oil that remains clear under refrigeration.  A very important characteristic about this product is that it has the lowest level of saturated fats (~6%) among the commercially available vegetable oils.  This product is an excellent source of Omega-6 (linoleic) and Omega-3 (linolenic) fatty acids.
Best if used within 9 months of the manufacture date.
