Cocoa Butter Deodorized has been mechanically pressed from properly roasted, winnowed and milled blended chocolate nibs.  Subsequent to pressing the butter is centrifuged to remove any remaining solids.  The Cocoa Butter is deodorized by the use of superheated steam under vacuum to reduce, but not to completely remove the flavor. It is considered Vegan, Lactose Free, Gluten Free, Glutamate Free, BSE Free, No Hydrogenated or Partially Hydrogenated Oils, No Preservatives.
Best if used within 12 months of the manufacture date.
