Organic Cocoa butter is produced by pressing milled cocoa mass which is manufactured from cleaned, roasted and hulled cocoa beans.  The product has a strong chocolate aroma. Certified Organic by QAI.  It is considered Vegan, Lactose Free, Gluten Free, Glutamate Free, BSE Free, No Hydrogenated or Partially Hydrogenated Oils, No Preservatives.
Best if used within 24 months of the manufacture date.
