Coconut Oil 76 degree is refined, bleached, and deodorized. It has a high concentration of medium chain triglycerides consisting mostly of short chain fatty acids and is solid below and liquid above room temperature. Coconut oil is highly stable against oxidation and is frequently used in applications where long shelf life is desired. It is considered Vegan, Lactose Free, Gluten Free, Glutamate Free, BSE Free, No Hydrogenated or Partially Hydrogenated Oils, No Preservatives.

Great oil, but the price increase - not so great.
I've been using this coconut oil for some time now. It's my absolute go to. My only complaint is the price increase that recently took place. I remember purchasing July of 2021 when it was $62 for the 44lb pale. Now it's sitting at $75 for the pale. Hoping this increase doesn't continue. It's getting harder and harder to keep things low cost.

Works Well in all my Recipes
As of 8/20, I found this coconut oil to be the best for the money. I don't do enough volume yet to warrant a larger bulk purchase. So this product hits a nice sweet spot, price wise. The pale it comes in has a handle for 'easy' moving. It has an approximately 1/2' round spout with a twist cap in the lid. In the summer, the oil is in liquid form. I bought an inexpensive hand pump to transfer the oil to a smaller container as needed. In the winter time, when the oil is solidified, I bought a lid opener for the pale so I can scoop the oil out into a smaller container. I am happy with this product and will order again if prices remain competitive.
