Cottonseed Oil has been refined, bleached, winterized, and deodorized.  Winterization is a fractional crystallization process, where the product is cooled to 32 degrees and filtered removing a portion of the saturated fatty acids and waxes.  This results in a product that remains clear at refrigeration temperatures, making it useful in applications such as salad dressings and sauces. It is considered Vegan, Lactose Free, Gluten Free, Glutamate Free, BSE Free, Does not Contain Gossypol, No Hydrogenated or Partially Hydrogenated Oils, No Preservatives.
Best used within 8 months from the date of manufacture.
