Olive Oil Refined A is the 3rd cold pressing from the fruit of the olive, not the kernel or pit. It is then refined. No solvents are used in this process.  It is considered Vegan, Lactose Free, Gluten Free, Glutamate Free, BSE Free, No Hydrogenated or Partially Hydrogenated Oils, No Preservatives.  
Best if used within 12 months of the manufacture date.
