Palm Kernel Flakes are derived from the kernel of the fruit of the oil palm. It is solvent extracted, refined, bleached and deodorized and fully hydrogenated. Citric Acid is used as a preservative and Lecithin is used as a processing agent. It is considered Vegan, Lactose Free, Gluten Free, Glutamate Free, BSE Free, No partially Hydrogenated Oils.
