Palm Oil has been refined, bleached and deodorized and processed into a smooth shortening type product when votated.  This product is non-hydrogenated and does not contain any Trans Fatty Acids, while other shortenings do.  Also Palm Oil is a Non-GMO product, most commercial shortening are not.  It is naturally stabilized due to its equal balance of saturated and monounsaturated fatty acids giving it a long shelf life.  It is considered Vegan, Lactose Free, Gluten Free, Glutamate Free, BSE Free, No Hydrogenated or Partially Hydrogenated Oils, No Preservatives.
Best if used within a 12 months of the manufacture date.
