Palm Oil is derived from the fruit of the oil palm. Physically extracted. Refined, Bleached and Deodorized. The product will appear semi-solid at ambient temperature.  This product is non-hydrogenated and does not contain any Trans Fatty Acids. Palm Oil is a Non-GMO product. It is naturally stabilized due to its equal balance of saturated and monounsaturated fatty acids giving it a long shelf life. It is considered Vegan, Lactose Free, Gluten Free, Glutamate Free, BSE Free, No Hydrogenated or Partially Hydrogenated Oils, No Preservatives.
