We require payment for your order at the time you place it in our web shop or over the phone. We accept payment cards issued by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Additionally, we also accept PayPal.
The payment transaction on your bank, credit card, or PayPal statement will be from Columbus Vegetable Oils (CVO), which owns the Soaper's Choice brand.
We are required to calculate, charge, and remit sales tax based on the shipping location of your order. If you have a sales tax exemption certificate issued by your state, please send it to us so we can note your account. Note: some items are not exempt from tax even if there is an exemption certificate on file. We are unable to refund sales tax if you place orders without an approved current exemption on file.
