UPS Ground for Packages

The vast majority of orders placed on the Soaper's Choice Web Store are shipped by UPS (United Parcel Service).  Your shipping and processing cost is based on your order's total package weight, number of packages, and your shipping address.  We do not ship to P.O. boxes.  Soaper's Choice reserves the right to notify you via email or phone if there is a change in your shipping and processing cost prior to shipping.

Soaper's Choice always recommends shipping to an address in which someone will be present at the time of delivery to avoid package theft.  Packages are left without a signature or signature release at the UPS driver’s discretion.  If UPS cannot successfully deliver to your shipping address after 3 attempts, they may return the product to us at their discretion.  In those cases, customers will be responsible for the return shipping and any outbound reshipping charges.

We do not ship via USPS, FedEx, or other parcel carriers due to network and reliability issues.

Address Changes
If you require an address change after your order has shipped, you will be charged a "Package Intercept and Redirect" fee as determined by the current per package UPS rate for such service.

LTL Shipping on a Pallet for Bulk Orders

If your order's net weight totals 500 pounds or more, you'll be given the option during check out to ship via an LTL carrier.  Please choose "LTL" as your shipping method and call us at 847.257.8946 to arrange the shipment.  The shipping cost will be added to your order and you'll pay upon shipment arrangement.

LTL shipments are shipped on pallets and can be delivered on a truck with a lift gate.  No shipping dock is necessary for delivery, but you may be responsible for getting the product inside of your home or business.

Refund & Return Policy

Effective 03/30/2020 - returns and refunds will be on a case by case basis.

You have 5 calendar days from the date you received your order to notify us by email at with your intent to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect the item and will notify you within 3 days with the status of your refund. When a return is approved and we have offered a full or partial refund, we will process any refund to the original payment method that was used to make the initial purchase. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days. Once processed, you will typically receive the credit from your bank within 7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. We will provide proof of refund date via email. We are not responsible for over draft and/or over limit fees due to slow processing by your card issuing bank.

Shipping of Returns

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items. This includes items returned to us by UPS at their discretion after unsuccessful delivery attempts.

If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping and processing costs are nonrefundable.
