Soybean Oil is derived from the USDA approved soybean varieties. Solvent extracted, Refined, Bleached and Deodorized. Citric Acid may be used as a processing aid and remain at trace levels. It is high in polyunsaturated fatty acids that have been implicated as part of a healthy diet.  It is considered Vegan, Lactose Free, Gluten Free, Glutamate Free, BSE Free, No Hydrogenated or Partially Hydrogenated Oils, No Preservatives.  
Best used within 8 months of the manufacture date.
