Do you offer wholesale pricing?
All of our prices are wholesale. We use our deep sourcing abilities to offer you excellent wholesale pricing. All day, every day. Each item's per pound price is structured based on its pack size/net weight - the larger the pack size/net weight, the lower the price per pound.
Do you offer items in bulk?
Yes! Most items are available in bulk pack sizes including 55 gallon drums or 275 gallon totes (depending on availability). Please call Mike Lawson at 847.257.8930 to inquire about pricing and availability. All drums and totes ship on a pallet via an LTL carrier.
Do you offer customer blending?
Yes! Our customers have found that our custom blending services save them time, energy, and space, while reducing wasted raw material inventory. We are happy to custom blend based on your specific formulation. Please contact Mike Lawson at 847.257.8930 to inquire about availability and pricing. Please note: custom blends require a minimum batch and order size of four 55-gallon drums each. All drums ship on a pallet via an LTL carrier.
Do you have a physical store where I can view the products?
No, we do not have a physical location where you can view our products, which are only sold via our web shop, phone, and email. Our warehouse is open for customer pick up of prepaid orders only. The best resource for product information is our website.
How long will it take to fulfill my order?
We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround! Orders placed by 12:00 PM Central Time Monday through Friday generally ship the same day or next day. Orders placed after hours, on a weekend, or on a holiday will generally ship the next business day. Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed or can be found in the “My Shipments” section of your account dashboard.
Where can I find my order history?
- When logged into the web shop, go to "My Account" and click "My Orders." Any current order that has not yet shipped will show up here.
- Once an order ships, go to "My Account" and click "My Shipments" for tracking information (valid for 120 days after shipment).
- For Invoices, go to "My Account" and click "My Invoices." Use the date filter to search past invoices from February 2017 to the current date. This is especially helpful for year-end or tax reporting needs.
