The Soaper’s Choice Rewards Program (“Program”) is our way of rewarding our loyal customers. By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Membership
Participation in the Soaper’s Choice Rewards Program is free. Customers must have a registered Soaper’s Choice account to earn and redeem points.
Rewards accounts are associated with an individual account holder, not a company or corporation. Points cannot be combined, transferred or shared between accounts.
Earning Points
Members earn one (1) point for every $10 spent on eligible Soaper’s Choice product purchases.
Points are calculated based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before shipping, taxes and other applicable fees.
Shipping charges, taxes and other fees do not earn points.
Customers must be signed in to their Soaper’s Choice account at the time of purchase to earn points. Points cannot be added to another customer’s account or transferred between accounts.
From time to time, Soaper’s Choice may offer additional opportunities to earn bonus points through special promotions or other activities. Additional terms may apply to these offers.
Redeeming Points
Available points may be redeemed for eligible rewards during checkout.
Only one reward may be redeemed per order.
Rewards and points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or gift cards. Points cannot be transferred, sold, assigned or combined with points from another account.
Additional restrictions may apply to specific rewards or promotional offers and will be communicated at the time of the offer.
Point Expiration
Points expire after 12 months of inactivity.
Expired points cannot be reinstated or redeemed.
Returns & Cancellations
If a purchase is returned, canceled or refunded, any points earned from that purchase may be deducted from the member’s points balance.
If points were redeemed on an order that is subsequently returned or canceled, the treatment of those points will be determined by Soaper’s Choice based on the circumstances of the transaction.
Account Responsibility
Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their account credentials.
Soaper’s Choice is not responsible for points that are lost or used as a result of unauthorized access to a member’s account.
Program Changes & Termination
Soaper’s Choice reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Rewards Program, including its earning rates, redemption values, eligible purchases, rewards, expiration policies or other Program terms, at any time.
Soaper’s Choice also reserves the right to cancel an account or remove points in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, misuse or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and any future modifications to them.
