Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, an item must be:
- Unused and in the original packaging
- In the same condition as when you received it (i.e., intact seals, if applicable)
- Accompanied by a proof of purchase
Request a Return
Please email us within 5 calendar days of receiving your order at orders@soaperschoice.com to notify us of your intent to return an item.
Shipping of Returns
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including shipments returned to us by carriers after unsuccessful delivery attempts. Original shipping and processing fees are non-refundable. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us at orders@soaperschoice.com.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of your refund status within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 30 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to 7 additional days for the credit to appear on your account. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
