Customer Pick Up

There is no charge for picking up at our facility. 

Pickup is available Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4:30 PM CST. We will contact you when your order is ready. Please have your order number ready when picking up.

UPS Ground

UPS Ground is our preferred carrier.

Unfortunately, we do not ship via USPS, FedEx or other parcel carriers due to network and reliability issues.

The shipping cost is calculated based on your number of packages, total weight and shipping address.

You will notified if there is a cost change prior to shipping.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Soaper's Choice always recommends shipping to an address in which someone will be present at the time of delivery to avoid package theft. Packages are left without a signature or signature release at the UPS driver’s discretion. If UPS cannot successfully deliver to your shipping address after three attempts, they may return the product to us at their discretion. In those cases, customers will be responsible for the return shipping and any outbound reshipping charges.

Address Changes

If you require an address change after your order has shipped, you will be charged a "Package Intercept and Redirect" fee determined by UPS.

LTL Shipping on a Pallet for Bulk Orders

Orders weighing 500 pounds or more qualify for Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipping on a pallet. Select "LTL" during checkout and call us at 833-257-6627 to arrange shipment. Shipping costs will be added to your order and payable upon shipment arrangement.

LTL shipments are delivered on pallets with lift gates—no shipping dock required. However, customers may need to move the product inside their home or business.
