Interesterified All-Purpose Shortening is prepared from a blend of soybean oil and fully hydrogenated soybean oil.  It possesses a wide plastic range for working-ease over a wide temperature range.  Both superior creaming and resistance to oxidation are built into this all-purpose shortening. It is considered Vegan, Lactose Free, Gluten Free, Glutamate Free, BSE Free, No Partially Hydrogenated Oils and No Preservatives.  
Best if used within 9 months of the manufacture date.
